Commercial Project Manager
Job Description:
Serve on-site for the duration of projects. Sites vary and are located throughout the US.
Manage all aspects of project including but not limited to subcontractor relations, procurement of material, maintaining project timeline, corresponding with home office as needed, maintain job safety standards, and attend weekly construction conference calls.
RESIDENTIAL PROJECT MANAGER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Oversee residential projects located in the St. Louis and surrounding area. Manage all aspects of project including but not limited to subcontractor relations, procurement of material, maintaining project timeline, corresponding with home office as needed, maintain job safety standards, and final inspections.
