Rich has been in the construction industry since 1965 when he began his career as an apprentice in the Carpenters Union. After several years of working in the field, Rich taught building trades at the college level. He has served as both a councilman and mayor in Hillsboro MO and has served on the Economic Development board in Jefferson County MO. Rich founded RFC. Under his supervision and guidance, the company developed over 600 residential properties as well as remodeled over 2500 retail stores. Today, Rich serves as Chairman & President advising the Executive Vice Presidents who run the day to day operations of the company.

Jason began his career as a site superintendant for RFC Industries, managing over 150 projects throughout the years. From there, Jason spent a short time managing large residential investment properties before moving back to RFC as an estimator and project manager. Today, Jason serves as Executive Vice President of RFC Industries and is responsible for customer relations, building the client base, managing RFC’s team, and project oversight.

Andrew started his career working for his father’s construction company at a young age. In 2007, he ventured out on his own and formed AR Bystrom Contracting. AR Bystrom manages a mix of residential and commercial projects; some of which he completed as joint ventures with RFC. Today, Andrew serves as Executive Vice President of RFC Industries and is responsible for customer relations, building the client base, managing RFC’s team, and project oversight.

Andrea joined RFC after years in the insurance industry. Andrea specialized in the Executive Risk and Financial lines of insurance, serving many industries including, but not limited to, construction, manufacturing, retail, healthcare, banking, and private equity. She now serves RFC as CFO, overseeing all areas of finance, insurance, licensing, and compliance.
